New Wave Plumbing

We have just had a new boiler installed by New Wave Plumbing. I got 3 quotes from local businesses and found these to offer the best advice and explained whats available and what we would expect to get from it. They seemed honest, knowledgeable and helpful. Our old boiler had an issue and spares were difficult to get hold off. We did use British Gas for the insurance and service contract, but the last 18 months had a few missed appointment and poor communication. This new boiler comes with 12 years warranty and its great that we have a reliable boiler as well as a engineer thats local and can be trusted.

Ashley fitted a new diverter valve to our gas boiler. He was prompt, professional and competitively priced. highly recommended.

Leaking shower. Called few times no reply. Shower has been leaking for a very long time. We have now had to call another plumber to rectify a problem that should have been done correctly in the first place. Very disappointed.

New Wave just refitted two bathrooms for me and did and absolutely fantastic job. All the work has been expertly done and the service delivered was excellent as well.
