Honestly worst pharmacy! Rude staff, mess up all the time, had me running around other places for a prescription that they couldn't do for them to not of released the item so no other pharmacy could give the item out!

I was waiting for ages to be given two expired epipens ordered week before for my daughter. Good job I checked before I left. And it was on New Year's Eve so pharmacy was closed for next 2 days.Just imagine what would happen in case my daughter had an allergy attack. Im sure it's pharmacist job to check what they give you.Disgusting!

They never answer the phone! Even had to go in to store to book fit to fly tests for a cruise. Tried to ring to cancel as the cruise lines policy on this had changed. Rang 15 times yesterday and so far 4 times today. I get they may have busy times in the store when they can't answer the phone, but it's now getting ridiculous. Looks like another trip in person to cancel.

In this current world that we are living in, we can all agree that anything medical related can be a right pain in the bum. Be that trying to see a doctor, dentist or picking up medicine. However, after a slight panic over a bank holiday weekend I realised I only had enough meds to last me till Wednesday...Yes I should really pay more attention when popping my pills. So a swift email to my doctors to request more drugs was sent Saturday night. To my surprise and delight a swift text was received Wednesday from the chemist informing me my prescription was ready to collect. I hot footed it round there to be met by a lovely lady who happily gave me my much need drugs. Yes sometimes you have to wait as working in a pharmacy is very busy but the staff are always lovely to speak to and very helpful. so thank you Lloyds at Green Gables you are the best :)
