        Good classes, friendly people. Changing rooms are definitely not those of a premium health club though. It's a shame because this could be the nicest luxury gym for miles but it's run down in a lot of areas, putting it in the budget category.

        The spa is absolutely shocking service, completely unorganised and unprofessional! Several attempts to contact and speak to management via email and telephone, management clearly non existent. Would put 0 starts but cannot leave a review with 0 stars. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
