I use the laser hair removal service and Sarah is brilliant and makes me feel so relaxed - she is so understanding and knowledgeable. Hair removal can be such a sensitive subject but Sarah is great makes you feel 'normal'. Julie is great too - I guarantee I always have a laugh with them both - an additional tonic to the visit.
