The teaching experience wasn't too much of an issue, however resources seemed to be uneven, being told multiple times by the teachers especially in the creative departments that a lot of things were supplied out of their pocket. My personal experience was extremely mishandled. I got dropped in an english class that would berate me but instead of providing proper care or counseling I was sent to special needs classes for English the rest of the year, having to give PE in year 11 to catch up. It was humiliating and only served to worsen my mental state. Sometimes felt like the school was there to accommodate bad behaviour rather than teach good behaviour. The building itself has this plastic sunroof design which makes standing in the corridors feel like an oven even with the air conditioning they installed a few years ago. Overall in my experience it just ticked the necessary boxes and left out some key details just cause it must've bee less work for them. Horrible experience
