Food is outstanding and pizzas are actually stonebaked!! Even the dough is made fresh everyday.

The pizzas from here are just unreal, especially the signatures will order from here no matter where in Doncaster I am. Genuinely better than most expensive Italian sit-in restaurants.

Absolute poor service. tonight. ordered food at 21:37..... accepted that it would take an hour, had to ring them back at 22:54 to be told that it should have been with me 10 mins ago.... guess what @ 23:15 still no food. what a joke. just called them, apparently the delivery guy pulled up and tried calling me, no phone call came through, the guy in Piccolo has tried calling me apparently... nope no call to my phone... and yes my phone is on and got a signal. chips will be cold and so will the pizza..... guy in the shop had to come out with the driver. even then the driver didn't have correct change. was told the pizza would be hot still (even after half an hour) no it wasn't, only 2 things that was hot was the freshly cooked fries and my boiling point. paid full price for cold food well guess what....not ordering from here again. will order from Krispy Fried Chicken in future.... their food might be greasy but least it comes on time and is hot..

You must be joking after placing my orders which I was told be 45 mins to an1 hour ..... 1hour and 10mins it took when arrived was cold avoid it at all cost shocking I gave one star as I couldn't give anything less
