My yard had a problem with rats coming up from the sewers and invading my shed and home. Mark came round and following a consultation, he laid bait, traps and a one way valve in my mains sewer drain. He quickly identified other areas that were potential access points for pests and advised me on the appropriate action to take. My problem has been solved. Mark at Tornado Pest control provided an excellent service to deal with a rat infestation in my Mums loft. He always responded to our calls promptly and was courteous, polite and professional when visiting the property. Mark gave us a contact to arrange for drain survey work to be carried out and he went over and above to provide support and inspections throughout what was a very difficult time for my Mum.
