As with all doctor's surgery, they are extremely busy and hard to get through to at times. However, the care you receive is much better than some I have attended. I lived down south for a while, and I can say, without a doubt, the care from this surgery is fantastic compared to some southern practices.

Shocking, receptionist very unhelpful and rude. Waiting for referal to hospital for a child took 3 months and several phone calls to get it sorted.

Its not nice to witness a practice member of staff posting hateful comments on any social media, about any patient. Surely they have a policy to stop this happening.
