    I rang this company after reading good reviews but wish I hadn't!! He & his colleague came to my elderly mothers flat with no masks or gloves on which I wasnt happy about! I had explained the problems to him on the phone and wanted the sky sorting but this couldnt be done allegedly due to a tree? He put a new aerial up but left old coax cable going to it and then rushed off to another job 5 mins later the TV still had problems? My mum was very upset as it had cost her a lot of money and the TV was still not watchable. He came back the next afternoon and moved the Ariel and he himself seemed baffled that it still wasnt getting a signal He has left it with a booster plugged in and said this is the only way it will work which I do t believe is the case ? I feel he just chanted a quick easy option and didnt want to spend time finding out the problem!! Also my mum found the pair of them sat on her 2 seater sofa which is out of order and very unprofessional and downright cheeky!

    Got a quote for a new aerial to be fitted on my chimney to replace my old faulty one, due to having a lot of unwatchable/glitchy channels. I agreed to the price. He arrived bang on time and then fitted it in my loft because he 'doesn't go on roofs'. I now have a lovely new aerial which is as useless as the old one, giving me just as many unwatchable channels as I used to have before. If you don't fit aerials on chimneys, where it would have given me a much better signal, why did you give me a price to do so ? A complete waste of money.
