The staff arrived at the property to complete a deep clean of certain areas of the building, staff spent at least 1 hour of the agreed cleaning time in the car park of the property trying to put on ppe and gather the required equipment from their van while laughing and joking around. Staff then left half an hour earlier than previously agreed in order to miss the rush hour traffic. In certain rooms depending which staff member had been in it appeared that the misting cleaning machine had been used to clean areas but nothing had been wiped or cleaned. In other areas this appeared to be partially done. On top of that staff spent time at our property processing invoices and information from other jobs as opposed to attempting to finish the cleaning they had been asked to do. Staff were friendly enough but did not seem professional and motivated to complete the job at hand.
