Recently, one member of newer staff there can't ever get my order correct, even when talking clearly and therefore, I have reduced my rating of this Greggs. For that reason, this diminishes the rating for all the other staff there, reluctantly.
Today, I asked for a large Cappuccino + extra shot, no chocolate and ended up with a regular cappuccino with extra shot and chocolate powder.
