Spicer Tiles

Good old fashion customer care from the office staff to the people who work the yard. I was impressed. I only needed a few tiles no problem.

Visited after they said they had kent peg tiles when I phoned. Upon arrival asked if they could march my tiles and they said yes after taking my sample and looking in the warehouse. I said can I see one then? When I picked the tile up it wasn't a kent peg tile and it was a different size. These people don't have kent peg tiles at all !!! What a waste of my time, I would advise going to a reclaimation yard, they are no more expensive than the stuff sold here.

Absolutely first class service from Adam and his team at Spicer Tiles. I wanted a bespoke commission, a diamond shape tile with the year stamped within it, the final finishing touch to a two year long building project. I looked everywhere for someone who could help and, as we well know, the skills involved just dont really exist in the UK any more. Until I found Spicer! Adam took the design, built the moulds, fired up the kiln and delivered me something beyond all our expectations. The absolute crowning glory our new building. Incredible people to deal with, superb communication throughout the process with timelines well managed and expectations exceeded throughout.
