I visited a customer here today and was a little disappointed at the attitude of the organisation. I spent 15min trying to gain access via the door entry systems. The manager was uncontactable and when I eventually spoke to the resident in was visiting I was told the manager was probably out. If this had been an emergency i. e. Ambulance being called to a resident the situation could become dangerous to the person concerned.
