Alison and the team at the computer people are totally amazing! I would not hesitate in recommending their services to anyone who needs just a little computer advice or to someone who is really swearing at their computer and needs full on support. Alison has supported me several times, mostly at a drop of a hat and worked remotely to sort any issue I have out- without her support my business would not run efficiently. I approached Alison as the keyboard on my daughter's MacBook had stopped working. Alison took a look and advised that unfortunately the keyboard needed replacing. Where Alison was different to similar businesses is that she gave me a range of options providing indicative prices for each including repair the keyboard, buy a newer but second-hand MacBook or buy a brand new MacBook. She also took into account that I am a business owner.The great thing about Alison was that her recommendation was not the best option for her, in fact it meant she would not receive any direct business from this particular issue. Alison also came up with a temporary solution to enable my daughter to use her MacBook in the meantime. If you have everexperienced a teenager without technology you will know how important this was! Its great to come across a business that truly puts its customers interests first. Before I recommend any business to my friends, family and clients I have to trust that that company shares the same values as I do with my clients. I would not hesitate in recommending Alison and The computer People to my friends, family and clients.

My Desktop computer was slow, showing lots of errors and generally not behaving itself. I spoke to Alison Gordon at The Computer People and she said they will take a look. After a couple of days I got a phone call with bad news the hard disk was no longer any good. It needed to be replaced. Costs were given and the work went ahead. Another phone call saying do you need this certain programme its the trouble maker can we delete it? I said yes please make it all better. Alison and the team at The Computer People were brilliant. Communication was excellent at every stage and my refurbished computer is now working again for the fraction of the cost of something new. I would highly recommend consulting the Computer People if you have something wrong with your computer technology. Thank you Alison!
