Stayed here with my 2 little ones. Spent 2 nights here. Got a warm welcome by Jo, she was brilliant. The rooms were big as we got the 3 double bed one, so plenty of space. Had our own sink and fridge which was handy. They do have 2 other kitchens downstairs you can use as well as a living room with TV and kids entertainment, felt like home. Opposite was the steam train station which we went to on the next day so very convienent. Walking distance were a few take outs and a corner shop so visited them to pick up some stuff and dinner. Walking distance to the beach was quite far so ended up driving which was so much easy, there is a car park and all day park was 8.90. Had a lovely stay, again thanks to Jo for the service and a lovely chit chat.

Stayed here for one night, rooms are lovely, welcoming and very comfortable. Communication was great, we arrived late, keys were in a key safe and we received text messages checking we had arrived and found rooms ok and that everything was OK. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return ourselves. Location is great too not far from beach and across the road from the little railway station, definitely recommended.
