We had a long weekend at this resort, from the road outside it doesn't look like much... but once inside, it's a pretty big site. Upon entry you have the reception on your left and a level crossing in front where the Romney, Hythe and Dynchurch railway runs (it has a small station right next to reception - highly recommended for a day out!) The site has a mixture of accomodation, some in far better shape than others. The entertainment complex includes an amusement arcade, show bar and restaurant area. Next to this is an indoor swimming pool (which was a tad on the cold side on our visit!) The site is clean and fairly well maintained - looks like they have had some damage to the grass from vehicles as they had signs up and were asking people not to drive and park directly next to caravans etc. Kids always enjoy the Starland Krazy entertainment in the evening, but unlike other resorts we have been to there was a bit of a gap after this until the family entertainment section, so we missed this as the kids are a bit young and it was getting a bit late - which is a shame. Overall we enjoyed the holiday, and it's a nice area to visit, if they could sort the entertainment schedule out a bit better like some of the other resorts then that would be fab! (Appreciate that not everyone is on holiday with small kids mind - but we did go on Bank Hol weekend, so far more chance of it!)
