I cannot thank the team at Capelli enough for correcting a colour that had gone wrong, enough. A special thank you to Channy for her hard work and Lisa for going that extra mile to fit me in ASAP. I just need to say how thankful I am to Abigail and the team for fixing my hair I was inpatient, couldnt get an appointment at my salon, so went to a supermarket and bought a box colour. That came out orange , then put on a hat, went and bought bleach . I looked like a light bulb. Then I tried to make it right by going darker . This was all done over a weekend, by Monday I was in tears!!!! I reached out to capelli Bless her, Abby spent the next 5 hours getting all that horrible colour out, and putting it back to how it should be. Lesson learnt. Always go to the professional I cant thank them enough. Made me feel comfortable, very relaxed, and a nice atmosphere .
