        Lauryn is very professional and provided excellent advice when we ordered our carpets and bathroom flooring. We had to change our fitting dates a few times and this was no problem at all. The guys who measured and fitted the carpets and flooring were very polite and friendly, they did a fantastic job, we are very pleased with the whole process! Service: Install flooring

        Bay Carpets is such a wondeful company, from start to finish they were beyond helpful and responsive. Lauryn was always available to answer our queries and work with us as we had a timescaled renovation project, even moving the diary around to work with us! Mark came out to the property multiple times to make sure we got excatly what we wanted, and to give us his advice and guidance, with no extra costs. The customer service, friendliness and professionalism is outstanding, nothing was too much and all members of the team were amazing! The work carried out was to an outstanding standard, and is so beautiful. We are so happy with the outcome and would never use anyone else now. Highly highly recommend! Services: Install flooring, Stair flooring, Carpet installation
