        Bought an item through noa nani, unfortunately the sender was jade ltd, i have been calling 25 to get my order issue rectified. And they keep cancelling my call. How am i able to get help if you keep busy toning my calls?

        Ordered a bed through Amazon for christmas. A slide turned up.... phoned several times for a resolution but no answer Update: Resolution was the correct bed being sent, they also included a free mattress which was much appreciated

        Ordered a bed through Neo and Nani...The reviews on there page were good. Xdp delivery service noted it was coming from Jade Bay....I have received by bed which is still in the box as I have not received the mattress, Xdp have advised they have not received the mattress to deliver. Phone number not connecting and Jade Bay not replying toy emails. My 4 year old daughter now has no bed.
