I have been suffering from Severe ear infection , for last 3 months , was prescribed Antibiotics & Ear drops didn't Help my ears have been leaking clear fluids continuously had vertigo feeling unwell , phoned GP was told by the DR just take Ibuprofen . After 3months i had to have a right go at them to refer me to an ENT specialist only when i told them that i would complain to NHS that they took me seriously, and even then they told me ENT Dept at Homerton don't take urgent referrals , they are wrong they do.

I have switched 3 GP's because or moving houses, this is the worst i have ever seen.

I am literally SO ANGRY at this GP. The most horrible service ever. They were not able to treat my Urine Tract Infection correctly 3 times and that's why I now have recurrent UTI that are extremely persistent and the fact that I am pregnant doesn't make them take it more seriously. Absolutely horrible. Never again. I am changing the GP.

This is outstanding practice and Dr Vinay Patel is an absolute Master in his field. I found this GP as welcoming, polite, helpful, professional and full of respect towards me during each visit and phone conversation. I've never seen a practice so clean and hygienic as this one. A big thank you to the whole team!
