        Just been to the shop to buy a dress for shabbes when the shop assistant thinking I am not Jewish refused my entrance and lied that I needed an appointment to come in. Whilst writing this review the shop manager came outside and took a picture of me and being rude and offensive said I should do what I like. Very bad experience. Discriminative and rude.

        Scam company. Waiting for my refund for months now. Had to write 10 emails and still nothing. They do not even have the return address on their website.

        Stay out! They are rude and not rational when it comes to returns, and now they use the Covid excuse for their no return policy. They are only after your money and will not give you an ounce of service

Coats & Co stock a range of different brands including top designer brands. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating, including the lovely owner Riki who is sometimes on hand.
