        DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! No hot water or heating every few weeks for long periods of time. Prices have gone up 50% in the past 2 months!!!!! DO NOT RENT OR BUY

        Feb 2023: rents for a 1 bed have gone up from 1650 to 2200 PCM Lack of hot water & heating for the past 3.5 years. Development boiler has major issues that cant be resolved. Think before renting or buying.
