Amazing conversion company 4 years on and after many family trips our bespoke Sherwood Campers conversion (aka Kermit) is in tip top shape still. Wanted to post this because often reviews are posted just after you buy, but our experience is that you truly get what you pay for and the quality genuinely is there for the van to be built to last.

After a long research and reading reviews, we decided on Sherwood Campers to do our conversion. We can not put it into enough words regarding the quality of their workmanship. Their attention to detail is second to none. No pressure sales, just good advice where needed. There are so many camper converters out there, but Gez, Debra and the team have really nailed it. Would highly recommend Sherwood Campers. Thankyou for our stunning van.

Great customer service. We picked our van up after a stunning conversion a few months ago. Weve done a few trips in it and noticed a slight problem (nothing to do with Sherwood, it was a 3rd party issue). I brought it back and the guys went out of their way to ensure the issue was sorted quickly and professionally. Definitely recommend

Great bunch of guys, Gez and Andy sorted a couple of minor electrical issues for me on one of their conversions which Id bought privately. Gez was happy to spend the time to talk me through not only the electrical systems, but the whole van which was much appreciated as a new camper owner!

We met Gez and Debra, Directors and Owners of Sherwood Campers at the Birmingham camping Expo in Feb and after walking around and talking to all of the different vendors (and there were a lot!) we instantly warmed to them both. Just honest good people who really care about what they do is how they came across. They werent necessarily the cheapest conversion on offer but the workmanship looked first class throughout on both their own vehicle and a second vehicle they had brought in to display a different style that they offered. After a quick look at some reviews (all of which were 5 star may I add) coupled with the fact we liked them and seemed people we could trust (very important!) and the quality of the finish on what we saw in real life abc on pictures - we booked our slot for the end of September with deposit at that very expo. At no point through the entire process have we regretted the decision. We had a trim custom meeting a good 4 or so weeks before to order all our choices of finish and there is a lot of customisation options which is great. Our vehicle was then dropped off with them at the agreed date end of September) and we got our lovely converted vw t6.1 back just 7 weeks later, 1 week before schedule. Communication was on point - answered all questions I had throughout the process, 2+ hour detailed handover on collection to explain all the features and most importantly the finish and workmanship was absolute top draw from the entire Worksop team. 5 stars awarded without a doubt. I would not hesitate in recommending Sherwood Campers. Thanks to the team, Gez and Debra!
