the carers are excellent and bend over backwards for the clients, caring and conscientious and professional at all times. The lack of leadership in past years and the indifference from the so called management let the staff down badly. Lack of communication is always an issue and the inability to take ownership of failings will always be the weak link in an otherwise good set up .

Outstanding level of care for my mother for three months, that made it possible for us to have her at home at all. I can't praise the carers enough: they were reliable, cheery, and skilled. We'll miss them coming to the house. Highly recommended.

Notts Homecare have been and continue to be an excellent support for my father to remain in his own home. The carers are friendly, supportive and trustworthy and they care. The office have kept in regular contact and updated me with any issues with regards to my fathers care in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Notts Homecare provided care for my mother recently whilst on holiday in the area. I cannot praise them highly enough for their communication, professionalism and ultimately their level of care for my disabled mother. A credit to the industry.
