Had a delivery due Saturday 30th August however I hade to go out of town so I requested delivery to my neighbour but this wasnt carried out and was left outside overnight in the rain! When I returned home the next day my neighbour said nothing was delivered! When I got to my phone Id left behind there was a photo where DPD left it. I contacted Meat& Co and they said it was delivered within there rearms and conditions!! Not great customer service and Im out 85! They told I was welcome to credit claim but to check there terms & conditions!! See photo where left out overnight in rain.

The last time i ordered sirloin, it was disappointing,very gristly..Just had another order( my last) and yet again the lamb which was supposed to be lamb rump steaks,are not..Why advertise one thing,but deliver something else..Just heard from this company ,stating that i had indeed received steaks,despite the fact most of them were tiny,and nothing like the amazing quality i had the previous times.No mention of the poor quality sirloin.I stand by my decision,and will not be buying from here again....
