Good experience today. My wife needed an urgent appointment and although we had to wait an hour to get through on the phone between 8am and 9am, once we got through, the receptionist was helpful, and we were asked to come along to sit and wait. We were seen within an hour by Dr Edmonson who was super - helpful and efficient. Thank you

Just had a blood test with Mandy This lady was amazing. The whole interaction was professional and friendly. I am not good with having blood tests but didn't even know she was taking the blood. Thank you Mandy

My partner called up because he's got seourous chest pains, as 111 told him to called docters before going to hospital to get checked out. Then the docter calls back and says " come tomorrow " my partner states no he needs to be seen today asap not tomorrow, he then stated "oh would you like to come today?" And my partner said yes as he needs to be seen today, the docter then said "okay come in half past 12" so he gets there and nearly passes out, then the rude receptionist said " you havent even got an a appointment today so what are you on about please come back next week" my partner said no listen to the voice clip. Yet the receptionist said "erm must be a system error" erm no! It's a docter clearly not doing his dam job properly. It's no wounder people die everyday because of docters like this not sorting a health condition before it's to late!!! And if he does die because of not knowing what's wrong with him, and docters round here yet again not letting people come in, il be taking this further and seeing them in court because things like this is not a joke! This place needs to be closed down!!!

Very rarer I get time off work. Can never get an appointment here ever. It like if you ill you should just put up with it these days

Doctors and nurses are fantastic and really kind and understanding. Receptionist are rude, extremely unapproachable and argumentative
