Poor service, no communication, your phones do not get answered when we call. Should improve on your communication with customers. I was very disappointed with the service honestly. How can you say you failed to locate me when no one pitched up or even tried to call me. When I tried to call your number no one picks.

Received an email stating my parcel (a treadmill) would be delivered between 09:56 and 11:56. At 09:35 received an email stating attempted delivery and carded. There has not been any delivery attempt whatsoever. Can't contact anyone via telephone, left a message on live chat, no response. Not at all happy, would definitely never use this company again. Drivers obviously just can't be bothered!!!!!!

I ordered an item from Argos and booked a delivery slot on a day that I would be at home all day. The delivery driver that day couldn't be bothered to deliver my item so claimed that he attempted a delivery when in fact he'd made no attempt in the slightest, and I was sent an email to rebook a delivery slot. Very angry, I messaged Argos being as there's no way of actually getting hold of XDP, and they sent an email to the company. Next day the item is out for delivery again, and again they don't deliver my item. I'm sick and tired of stopping everything to wait for a parcel they they cannot be bothered to deliver to me. I'd rate them no stars if I could, extremely miffed off.
