Inappropriate behaviour and very rude customer service when booking appointments. After checking availability the man shouted down the phone will you stop changing your mind. This came as a shock for a man to be shouting at a woman over an appointment, and when appropriately challenged, his silence suggested how angry he still was. Left the booking. Called back to cancel another appointment as none our family will now not be visiting this salon, and he wouldnt pick up the phone. Left a message asking for the owner to call back as didnt want to deal with him again, the woman called back and when we explained the situation she said she was there and defended this behaviour. She reluctantly apologised when we said we didnt feel comfortable attending, though it did not feel genuine. Shame for them as lost 3 potential regular customers. We were recommended by a friend who is a regular customer so this is embarrassing. Would have been 0 stars.
