Just been to try and get an LFT test had to wait 10 mins til someone finally showed up as they seem more bothered about cackling /laughing in the back rather than helping people. Abysmal service. Just go somewhere else as it can be as bad as this bunch

The lady at the till said, she don't have her magic ball with her today so she don't know when the prescription came through. She certainly know more then me as she can check it in the system. Cheeky and rude. And they offended if they got the same treatment from customers. Wonder why
