Absolutely blown away with the fabulous balloons for my sons birthday!, I gave a theme and they were even better than I could have imagined, everyone loved them! The communication was also brill in the run up and staff super friendly! Thanks

I rarely write reviews but felt it necessary. Stopped to pick up balloons as enroute elsewhere. I have to say we are all for supporting stand alone village shops rather than chain shops, but prices extortionate really for a couple of balloons. Would have been half the price elsewhere, as we purchase many balloons throughout the year. And then unfortunately to add to that, being charged 1 for a plastic bag! That ripped before reaching the car. Manageress and assistant could definitely do with some customer service training. To come across warm, helpful and welcoming would be a start. Im not surprised people choose to use chain shops, price and service better.
