Firstly mybrewbot is a fantastic bit of kit. However you know when you have a great purchase or not when things can go a bit off track with upgrades of software ect. Well this is where this company shines. I had a problem with mybrewbot software my fault for not updating correctly. I emailed at 2 30am in desperation, not thinking things would be resolved quickly. How wrong I was, Jeremy the owner had contacted and had the problem solved for me before Lunch!!! Thank you so much on behalf of my beer and myself Marcus

Acquired an early version of mybrewbot and it is fantastic!! Have 2 fridges running and can see everything remotely. Jeremy has been a great help along the way, couldn't have helped me more with setting up. Very fast responses by email and easy to follow instructions.
