We ordered a full Parmesan and told a price for delivery which was twice what was on the menu that we had received through our letter box on the previous day. I questioned this and was told that it was a mistake. When we received the order, the delivery lady told us that the price was 1-50 more than we had been told which when I questioned it, she said that it was the price that she had been told to collect. I could not say anything to the lady as she was only doing what she had been told to do. After 5 minutes, I received a phone call from the delivery driver, a man, saying that the delivery charge was too high and that he would give us our delivery money back and that he would put it through our letterbox. We have not received any money despite phoning the delivery driver back the following day and leaving a voicemail for him to phone me back. This company have stolen money from us and cannot be trusted. DONT USE THEM.
