Everything brilliant from start to finish; Steve was really helpful getting us booked in and waiting for us when we didn't move in as initially planned. Liam contacted us the evening before to arrange a time to come over- much better than waiting in all day! When he came to look at our new build he was really friendly and professional; showed us different defects, explained how best to approach the developer to rectify everything and kept us in the loop throughout, as well as being super patient with our overexcited 2 year old! Really happy with the report- great detail with lots of pictures and information on how to rectify. Great for us who know nothing and are at risk of being fobbed off by the developer! Thanks so much to you both. It's really put our minds at rest as well as knowing what needs looking at before bigger issues potentially develop. Definitely money well spent!

Steve completed a snagging survey at my new build property yesterday. He was very accommodating to arrange a date and time that was convenient for us. He completed a thorough and detailed survey and he gave us the opportunity to ask any questions that we wanted to. Steve also got the report to us on the day which is very helpful and we can pass this onto Taylor Wimpey straight away to get the issues addressed. The report is very clear and concise. I would definitely recommend Steve's services.

Highly recommend. Excellent service from start to finish. Liam was very professional and knowledgeable. The report was detailed and thorough. Pricing for the survey was extremely reasonable for the quality service.
