I wanted to update my Ranger Rover vogue today and had an appointment with my wife to test drive the new Defender and the new Ranger Rover vogue. Not only did the receptionist not acknowledge us when we walked in and continued with her phone call. The first sales man was on the phone so we walked to the second salesman and he put his head down and picked up his phone with out even a smile. After waiting and looking at the cars I was informed that the sales man we had an appointment with wasn't even in. We were so disappointed today because my wife wanted to order her new car for her birthday.

My husband and I bought a brand new discovery sport two weeks ago and happy with our purchase, however I am very disappointed with the after Care we are receiving. We had to pay 500 due to not having the V5 but was told we would get the payment paid back in straight after we handed in the duplicate V5 to them, which we did a couple days later. My husband phoned and didnt get a callback, he then sent an email chasing our payment to receive one back saying he has to complete the paperwork and that we dont need to go there with our bank card as he will send it straight to our account and let us know when he has done it. We have received absolutely nothing!! We were bombarded with phone calls to close the sale and now the sale has been completed I now feeling irrelevant. If this customer service is anything to go by, I dont think I will even get a call next week to say the dash cam is ready to be fitted to my car. When we paid for it they said it should be with them in two weeks. Not at all happy with the aftercare, very disappointing.

We bought a used Range Rover Evoque from this company for 30k. After 5 weeks use the rear brakes failed due to excessive corrosion. The car was taken to, and repaired by Sytner Landrover Northampton who said the corrosion was excessive and must have been there when the car was sold. We spoke to Marshalls expecting them to sort this problem out and we were told, despite the fact we had only recently bought the car from them and even though we had bought the service pack, that they would not pay for the 600+ repair. After prolonged discussions we were offered 150 towards the cost of repair. They would not even speak to Sytner in fact they said Sytner would say the corrosion was excess they wanted the work to repair our car. For a premium brand this level of customer service is simply not acceptable, simply awful. Needless to say we wont be using Marshalls or buying another Ranger Rover again
