        Verbatim have been looking after answering our business telephone now for over 20 years. They are the first point of contact on our phone service and have been A++ for the entire time we have been working with them. I recommend them without reservation at all levels. Well done Team Verbatim and thank you for all you do for us.

        I have tried to cancel the service on a number of occasions as the costs sky rocketed (to over 30 per short call). 5 months later I still continue to receive invoices. It feels as though it is not a customer focused service but a fraudulent service that behave like all the big companies in making it difficult and expensive to leave. I have given them multiple opportunities to correct the situation, but there is a high level of staff turnover and rarely get to speak to the right person. BE WARNED.
