Called them out in 2021 maybe 2020, water in the outside isolator switch, promised to come and change, never did, engineer just taped up !! Nov 2022 - heavy rain, called on a Thursday as water in the isolator switch again leaving the system not working, promised an engineer the following Monday, no show, called the office - promised a call back - no call. Called again today numerous times as failed promises on call backs, then we receive a e-mail from the owner stating that "In light of the rudeness of me the customer, we no longer wish to have dealings with the property and please do not contact our office again". Nice one Bill Stringer the executive director, wouldn't even return our calls or speak to us when we called to speak to him, instead sending txt's and e-mail to say you don't want to help us anymore !! Lol !! Before you had anything to do with this company the service was spot on and issues dealt with, seems you like to bury your heads in the sand and not return calls or answer calls in the office and have the cheek to say that due to our harassment and rudeness we need to find another contractor. Chasing a service request from a week ago and you not calling us back once and then say were harassing your office as we want your Air Con system fixed is laughable !! Its rude promising a call back, promising an engineer whilst your client has been in a freezing office for near on a week !! 2016 yes we would highly recommend this contractor, 2018 onwards absolutely no chance.
