Warning, use this vet at risk of your animals life and health. They have a lot of untrained staff/trainees, and the older staff seem to be quite bad and ignorant. A relative's animal had to be taken there 4 times with blood in the stool before they actually acted like they wanted to help and finally did a test - but by this point nothing could be done and they put him to sleep. My family's animal seemed to have cancer/cachexia from a large growth. They did no biopsy, gave him paracetamol and said he probably won't live two weeks (other reviews state the same issue of ignored cancer detected when taken to a private vet after). He lived nearly a year and was well looked after, but in the end started to show difficulties. So we took him in and they put him to sleep, the lady bizarrely blamed us of neglect and the RSPCA investigated us (nice, made putting our animal to sleep all the more stressful). The RSPCA individuals said they weren't sure why they were called as there was clearly no cause for concern, but they had to respond regardless. Again; avoid. Start saving some money aside and use a private vet. If this helps save or betters the health of one person's animal then I'd be happy.
