        Refused to redeem pointsGave baseless excusesfirst you dont buy from here so we cant redeem the pointswhen i challenged that i can redeem at any Subway then they agreed to scanafter scanning the staff said that your points are not getting reflected in my system so I cant redeem pointsThe other staff came and started another lame excuse that subway in New Cross and Lewisham are facing some issues today.. I dont think its staff who dont intend to redeem pointsmust be a direction from management/owner

        It always seems so empty and so I walked to understand why. There was just one person at the counter, which was strangely way too dimly lit. The counters design does not facilitate proper conversation/clear communication and although I thought this was unique to my country, seems Subway servers are always in a rush to get you to leave! Why have storefronts when you dont want to have customers walking in? Clearly Im missing something here.

        Dont bother ordering from here, without fail they clearly cant read in the shop so send you whatever they feel like. this has happened countless time to the point that i give up with them. clearly they hire anyone.
