My mum and sister put in a prescription on a Friday and was told it would b ready to pick up on Tuesday but when they came back on the day they was basically told both of them they hadn't put anything in and to go back to the doctors this is unacceptable as this isn't the 1st time this has happened as I have spoken to others and they have said the same thing

They are polite but the service is too slow!!! They usually take 20-30 minutes to get my prescription ready!

listed online as available for the 2nd dose of the covid vaccine. booked an appointment that was then cancelled by them which was weird but fine. called them at 10am to ask if they had the 2nd dose available, not the booster, and after the lady who was on the phone put me on hold to (i assume) find out, she came back and said, and i quote, "yes, should be fine." so i made my way to the pharmacy, walked in and told the lady with the tablet that i was there for the 2nd dose. she said that they didn't have it, and that i would have to come back in 2 weeks. well. i was a little annoyed by this, but it's fine, things happen. not their fault that they don't have the supply (though telling me they had it when they didn't was). what really rubbed me the wrong way (and lead me to write this review) was that when i asked if they knew of any other place that might have it, the lady with the tablet responded with "that's not my job, search for it yourself on the internet". ..i'm sorry? what was the need for that kind of response? i wasn't asking you to go around asking all the pharmacies in london. i was just asking if you knew any off the top of your head so a simple "i don't know" would've sufficed. it's a shame that this experience really ruined my perception of this pharmacy, as the staff were actually nice when i came a few months ago for the first dose. i guess different staff, different treatment.
