I cannot recommend New Cross CHEC enough. I have had both eyes done now and could not be happier. It works like a well oiled machine and is extremely efficient. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

AVOID at all cost!! This is a private clinic that takes NHS referarrals, they are in it just for the money & don't actually care about the patient. They will tell you that they have a 100% satisfaction rate, this is an outright lie!!!

My mum had cataract removed and it was so mismanaged that my mum had an infection which then they didnt gave us appointment to seen for treat for my mum. We had to go to moorfields eye hospital who then wrote a letter of complaint and how they neglected their duty of care..

Great staff when I went up stairs and staff put drops in to numb the eye then went in for surgery they didn't mention you will hear the machine saying what is happening which I found a bit unpleasant if I had know I would of asked to wear headphones but other then that experience was ok
