Despite of all the good reviews here (probably written by some of Neko's team friends), they are not that good: in fact, you can google their first Neko Creative Studio and see it is closed (I supposed due to bad reviews). Anyway, this creative agency was contacted in order to create a logo for a new fashion marketplace. Despite the very detailed brief and feedbacks, they have not accomplished the job due to their lack of professionalism and competencies. Each review hasn't followed the feedback sent, creating subjective concepts otherwise keeping the focus on the brief and suggestions. Of course, the last review has been completely out-of-brief, excluding as well the only two "must haves" in terms of desired elements. Nonetheless, they refused to refund me and asked for an another payment Reply to Neko's comment: You say: "we decided to give the charge of our disputation to a third part", but, as you can see by the attachment/uploaded image, I (not we) opened the dispute on PayPal (the third part you mentioned) because you declined my legitimate refund request. As you know, DIRECT PayPal payment (yes, because you asked me to send you money) are always closed in favor of the receiver (you): in fact, the "investigation" last less than 7 business days, while a real investigation can take up to one month (and several communication in-between PayPal team and the contenders). Next time, don't let a client wrong while are you in the wrong side: your comment only strengthens the bad review
