        Great service. Was able to book on short notice and upon arrival Raymond was really polite and friendly. Was able to identify the boiler issue quickly and show us where the issues were. He informed us it might be under warranty and helped us book in an appointment with the boiler manufacturer. Helped us draft some notes for the engineers coming out. Would highly recommend.
