Very very poor service , no one answers the phone especially now with COVID-19 they should at least answer the phone as I need an urgent prescription and to speak to the doctor . I stayed on the phone for 40 minutes and still no one had answer the phone .Terrible Service!!!

The doctors are excellent but the receptionist are awful. They are very rude and they never answer the phones and when they do there is no proper decorum. I think Dr Krishna needs to evaluate his choice of receptionist staff.
