        Extremely high staff turnover - key people gone from one week to the next with no information / warning whatsoever & new replacement agency staff on a weekly basis so very hard for kids to create good habits. Prices have gone up four times in twelve month so you'd expect they'd have staff sorted when they charge as much as they do.
