Convenience Store

Extremely rude guy in the shop. I just didnt know how to return the parcel. He was disrespectful and rude to me and when I politely noticed: like Im sorry, Im just trying to return a parcel the first time why are you being so rude to me he refused to take the bags and said go away. I understand its London but its like on another level. Never going back, I had in plans to get groceries there but like no way. My leg or my friends never going to step there. So unnecessary rude.

I ordered a parcel to collect here as I knew I would be away when it arrived. When I went to pick it up 5 days later (I was given a two week slot to collect by Evri) I was told it had been sent back and that I had to contact Evri myself to get it sorted. The item I had ordered wasnt cheap and the people working in the shop were entirely unhelpful and I still havent received the parcel. Wouldnt recommend this shop if youre using it for sending or receiving packages.

Really lovely man and his daughter have served me the last dozen times I have been here. I'm sad to see these harsh reviews but know that there is one man who is very rude and unfriendly but I hadn't seen him the last few months so assumed that he no longer worked here. But overall I want to to emphasise that the other man and his daughter who are here 99% of the time are wonderful and the shop is well stocked and tidy and I like coming here!

Highly overpriced. Id never go. Im new to London so bought the party cups for 4 pounds and later found it only sells 1 pound at another store.

The staff is so u pleasant in this shop! There was only one kind man but hes gone, probably for his own good I dropped some parcels off today and the guy serving me was scandalous - looked at me like I was a problem and when I asked for a receipt he was being condescending and rude. I have no clue how these people are still in business. I drop my parcels off there sometimes just because its convenient but I never have and never will buy anything in this place. They should really start respecting people.
