        I phoned to ask if they do Western Union service (as most of the shops in the area Ive been to do not do it even though they advertise this) the man on the phone started talking in accusatory tone saying i am not giving you such information, how do i know youre not a scammer etc i felt so insulted as I genuinely only wanted to know if they had this service!! Before accusing or being rude to your potential customers maybe try control your tone and not accuse them of being scammer when theyre only asking a customer service question! Really rude and disrespectful! Horrible service! Ill rather go all the way to central London to carry out my business with Western Union that this arrogant man!! Im really upset! What a shame! This is not how you treat people!
