I have been a loyal customer of this Chinese restaurant for the past two years. However, my recent experience with their service was incredibly disappointing and has left me hesitant to order from them again. The level of rudeness and poor customer service I encountered was beyond comprehension. Despite their mistake in delivering the wrong order, they showed a sheer lack of accountability and refused to rectify the situation. Their behavior clearly indicates a disregard for customer satisfaction, which is unacceptable for any business. If you are considering ordering from this restaurant, I would advise you to stay away and not waste your money here.

I have just had a terrible experience with this restaurant that I simply cannot recommend to anyone. I ordered rice with black beans sauce, but was instead delivered rice with fried prawns. When I called to politely explain the mistake, the lady who took my call was unbelievably argumentative, and extremely rude. She even hung up on me not once, but twice! Feeling frustrated, I decided to go to the restaurant in person to speak with a manager about the issue. To my utter shock, the man who came out was even worse than the lady on the phone. He was twice as rude and even went so far as to tell me that I had been banned from the restaurant, which is a complete fabrication considering I have been a loyal customer for the past two years. If you are reading this review before ordering from this restaurant, please save yourself the trouble and frustration. I have never experienced such rudeness and unprofessionalism from a restaurant in my life. It's clear that they don't value their customers and have no interest in providing quality service. Don't waste your time or money on this place.

I gave them an extra 10 note by mistake and they told me that Im not getting it back! AWFUL! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR! I even heard their driver say that I gave them extra cash but quickly cut the call so I couldnt hear any of their conversation. Luckily I recorded the call for evidence.
