Great place to have your hair plaited, twisted, cane rowed, relaxed, coloured and treated. Prices very reasonable. Eyebrows and nail services provided on site. Located near to train stations and bus routes. Very friendly, polite, courteous staff.

I do not enjoy doing this but this review might help a future customer. I went to have crochet braid installed, and beside the rudeness of the hairdresser which name i forgot, she was also ruthless as I expressed several times that it was too tight, specifically in the very sensitive area of the middle of my scalp. She had also complained about my hair being natural and me refusing to blow dry it before she would make corn rows. N.B. they halo use the same comb for multiple client and do not rinse or wash it, I think the rash i ended up having might be transfer eczema. The style in itlsef was quite nice but it was quite heavy. After 3 days of heaving itching, I started to notice that my scalp was flaking really bad. i WENT TO USE SOME HEAD AND SHOULDER DERMATIS SHAMPOO and some sudocream. It was obvisouly not my first time with crochet so I know some itching might happen, but this level and intensity, discomfort was beyond anything I had ever experienced before. I realized I had to take my hair out quite quickly as per what my GP said. I took a video of the situation and sent it to Laurence who basically never answered back on whatsapp. I decided to take the matter into my own hadns and went all the way from west london to deptford to talk to LAURENCE. She pretexted she wanted to answer to my message but had forgotten. She did not apologize at alll and had a very nasty attitude. I asked her what solution she could offer, she proposed to offer me a steam, but I would have to take down the crochet by myself.... Still no excuse. I then told her that i wanted to show her my scalp in real life, as I was in total disbelief she could think that I just needed " a steam". She was visibly embarrassed her other clients would see this disaster and she declined to see it with great emphasis. I proceeded to show my scalp for everyone to see. I asked her to have the braids taken down the next week which she initially refused. She finally accepted, but her energy, poor customer service and general attitude as a person totally threw me off and I later decided to simply never come back to this place again. save yourself time, money and energy and give your hard earned cash to someone with proper customer service
