Just visited my son & his partner who live here and I was impressed with how clean and modern living here is! The rooftop with the garden boxes are especially nice but management could either reduce their prices for the rent of these boxes to encourage tenants to use them. There was an awful lot of these garden boxes just left to grow weeds which is sad, just let the tenants use them free to grow flowers & fresh produce, my son would love this but 200 per annum is a bit steep for a box measuring 3 x 2 metres, it wouldnt hurt to be less greedy for the sake of the look of the building & to have happier tenants)!!
