        As a similar reviewer stated, they really are the most unhelpful people. One particular guy, Geoff Cox, who appeared to be a senior manager, acted more like he was rejected from the police force some years ago and was compensating for this by being a complete jobsworth. Completely un-interested in who I was. Little did he know that I was the person actually managing the event he was working for.

        The rudest and most unhelpful people i have come across explained my wife was disabled and was told " I dont care " then another young lad working for them tried to intimidate me made our driver go 1/2 a mile or so out of his way too Ragley Halll seriously need to rethink who they contract in future will definitely never return to that venue and will be contacting the company in person come Monday morning
